As a member of the Supply Operations squad, you’ll join the tutor performance team which is a cross between data analysis and project management. In this role, you will play a critical part in further enhancing our learners' experience by empowering and upskilling our tutors. You will directly contribute to our commitment to unlocking human potential through learning with the help of our tutors and product.

What you’ll be doing:

• Identify opportunities to improve tutors performance and quality
• Impact students experience through data analysis, UX research, and other methods
• Lead the implementation of various projects aimed at enhancing tutors performance and maximising tutors earnings by collaborating with Product, Data, Supply, CRM, and other stakeholders
• Create and review tutor performance and key metrics reports, and providing tailored recommendations to improve tutor performance based on the findings
• Collaborate with multiple departments to gain a holistic understanding of the company's operations and contribute to cross-functional initiatives

What you need to succeed:

Are you passionate about identifying and implementing opportunities that create an impact? Are you a natural problem solver with a love for data and deriving insights from it? Do you refuse to settle for the status quo?

• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Project Management/Business Analytics in marketplaces, e-commerce, ed-tech or consultancy (fast-paced environment)
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to articulate project recommendations and prioritize tasks
• Results-oriented mindset combined with analytical thinking to challenge and improve our processes
• Analytical skills, ability to understand & synthesize data
• Proficiency in using Excel/Google Sheets
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English

Nice to have:

• Experience using SQL
• Knowledge of visualisation tools such as Looker or Amplitude
