TUI is seeking energetic team players for the Summer 2027 season in Palma. You will lead daytime and sports activities, welcome guests, and help host engaging evening events. You’ll ensure safety and inclusivity for all ages and abilities while delivering TUI’s high standard of service.

You’ll prepare setups, follow procedures, and build genuine connections with guests. English hosting is required; other languages are a plus, and there are opportunities to work seasonally or permanently with

This position is for candidates who are Spanish citizens or have all necessary documentation to live and work in Spain for the Summer 2027 season.

About You

• You have a fun and vibrant personality and a passion for activities, entertainment and events.
• You’re comfortable working with guests of all ages and abilities, always leading by example.
• You’re adaptable and confident, work well under pressure and always consider guests’ needs.
• You can work on your own and as part of an international team.
• Performance skills such as presenting, singing or dancing are desirable but not essential.
• You’re comfortable communicating and hosting the daytime and evening programme in English; other languages are appreciated but not essential.
