Job summary

TUI is seeking energetic individuals for the Summer 2027 season in the Balearic Islands, Spain. The role starts from 1,912 EUR gross per month, with accommodation provided if you relocate. You will be part of a diverse team delivering daytime and sports activities across our hotels.

Join us to host engaging daytime and evening events, ensuring safe and inclusive experiences for guests of all ages. Training, language lessons, meals, uniforms, and career development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Performance skills like presenting, singing, or dancing are desirable but not essential.
• Comfortable communicating and hosting daytime and evening programs in English.

• Deliver a variety of daytime and sports activities for guests.
• Contribute to lively evening events and entertainment.
• Provide safe, inclusive activities for children, teenagers, families and adults.
• Set up activities, follow procedures, and ensure equipment is safe.
• Build genuine guest connections through proactive interaction and enthusiasm.
• Deliver excellent service in line with TUI brand standards.

Job description

This position is for candidates who are Spanish citizens or have all necessary documentation to live and work in Spain for the Summer 2027 season.
We have a variety of hotels in different locations and will provide accommodation if you need to relocate.
