Telefónica Tech seeks a Global Talent Development Manager to unify talent development and culture processes across all operations. This role involves implementing corporate performance management systems, designing leadership development programs, and analyzing talent data to foster an inclusive culture. Ideal candidates have a background in business or psychology, extensive experience in talent management, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Formación

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a tech company.
  • Deep knowledge of talent development and organizational culture best practices.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (C1 level).

The Telefónica Tech Global Talent Development Manager will unify talent development and culture processes across all geographies where Telefónica Tech operates. Responsibilities include :

  • Coordinating and implementing global corporate processes related to performance and development management, developing fair and effective appraisal systems, and collaborating with leaders to identify growth opportunities.
  • Designing and managing leadership, career development, retention, and leadership programs to promote talent growth. Developing a talent map for targeted development actions.
  • Working with managers to set clear goals, identify performance issues, and implement recognition programs.
  • Promoting company values, vision, and mission, fostering a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion, and encouraging mobility across areas and geographies.
  • Collecting and analyzing talent and culture data, monitoring KPIs, and preparing reports for senior management.

Qualifications include :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields; a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Coaching, or People Analytics is desirable.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational or tech company with innovative and dynamic cultures.
  • Deep knowledge of talent development, performance management, and organizational culture best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Power BI is a plus.

Languages

  • Fluent Spanish and English (C1 level).
