Your Mission
As a Performance Marketing Strategist for the EMEA region, you will play a key role in enhancing ecommerce success through strategic collaboration with top-tier retail partners. Your goal? Drive qualified traffic, increase conversions, and push the boundaries of performance marketing in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Optimization
- Lead and advise on co-funded digital campaigns to maximize performance and ROI.
- Work closely with retail partners and their agencies to continuously optimize performance marketing initiatives.
- Use data-driven insights to refine campaign strategies and drive impact.
Cross-Channel Tactical Execution
- Develop and present actionable, cross-platform strategies that align with business goals.
- Deliver clear, practical recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
Best Practices & Innovation
- Implement and promote best practices in digital campaign execution.
- Train internal teams and partners on new tools, strategies, and performance benchmarks.
- Stay ahead of the curve on ad tech trends and identify emerging opportunities for innovation.
KPI Ownership & Performance Analysis
- Define, benchmark, and track key performance indicators.
- Regularly assess campaign data and provide strategic recommendations to exceed performance targets.
What You Bring
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Consulting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in digital media or performance marketing
- Deep knowledge of SEM, retail media platforms, social media marketing, and display advertising
- Strong analytical skills and mastery of Excel
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities—able to translate complex data into executive-level insights
- A proactive, self-starter mindset with strong project management skills
- Proven ability to collaborate across virtual teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Fluency in German is required
