??About the Position: We are seeking a Corporate Automation and Converting Programming Technician to join our operations team.
This role involves defining and implementing automation standards, providing technical support, managing material acquisitions, and supervising industrial automation integrators.
You will also be responsible for creating and implementing systems for program storage, monitoring automation improvements, and designing new machinery.
The position is based in Cáseda and will involve travel to the Group's various Converting centers.

Responsibilities:

• Define and implement the group's automation standards focused on Automation Electronics and Programming Structure.
• Provide technical support and assistance to subsidiaries.
• Manage the acquisition of electrical/electronic materials for new projects, ensuring compliance with the manufacturing plan.
• Create and implement systems for program/software storage at the Group level.
• Monitor modifications and improvements in automation throughout the Group.
• Continuously improve manufacturing processes and machinery cycle times.
• Design and commission new machines within the Group.
• Collaborate with IT and OT teams to create the digitalization standard for the Group's Converting plants.

Requirements:

• Degree in Industrial Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, preferably with professional training in Industrial Automation and Robotics or Regulation and Control Systems.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Teamwork skills and ability to work in multicultural environments.
• Proactivity and solution-oriented mindset.
• Availability to travel internationally to the Group's Converting centers.
• Proficiency in Spanish and English.

• Siemens TIA Portal
• Siemens S7/S5

• Servo motor systems (Siemens/Lenze)
• Industrial electricity and power electronics
• Industrial electronics (PLCs, HMIs, Decentralized Peripherals, etc.)
• Profinet, Profisafe, Profibus
• Safety systems (Siemens/Sick Safety PLCs, Safety Relays)
• Industrial sensors
• Familiarity with Eplan/Electrical Schematics
