Responsibilities :

  • Make weekly calls to independent retailers (toy stores, hobby shops, bookstores, etc.) to ensure they have the right product range in stock.
  • Advise them on the best products to suit their business needs, helping them maximise sales opportunities.
  • Build and nurture strong, trusting relationships with your customers.
  • Conduct stock checks and ensure timely reorders of sold items.
  • Keep customers informed about new product ranges and identify opportunities to close deals.
  • Look for ways to expand our stockist program by growing customer commitment and fostering long-term business relationships.

Ideal Candidates Will Possess :

  • Strong relationship-building skills with business partners and colleagues.
  • Excellent customer service and time management abilities.
  • High-level multitasking and organisational skills.
  • Proven ability to influence clients and grow sales.

Requirements :

  • Language ability: This role requires fluency in Czech / Slovak and English plus ONE of the following languages to a business proficiency level: Dutch, German, Danish, Finnish, French, Greek, Italian, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese OR Romanian.
  • Location: Full-time office role at our Barcelona office.
  • Education: A degree or equivalent higher education qualification.
  • Driver’s licence: The job requires that you hold a current driver’s licence.
