Position Summary :

We are seeking a talented, eager, and skilled Tri-lingual Patient Liaison to join our Spain team in a remote position. The Patient Liaison supports patients and clinics involved in clinical research trials, ensuring excellent and consistent service. Responsibilities include reviewing and approving travel and expense reimbursement requests, partnering with vendors to fulfill services, and responding to inquiries in a timely and courteous manner.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Serving as the primary contact for patients, study sites, vendors, and related parties.
  • Scheduling travel requests for clinical trial patients, including flights, hotel, ground transportation, and special needs assistance, and addressing any issues during travel.
  • Managing interactions with travel vendors.
  • Reviewing travel requests against study parameters and obtaining necessary approvals.
  • Processing expense reimbursements, ensuring they align with study parameters and securing approvals as needed.
  • Training study site personnel on using the online portal, including creating and entering requests.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A BS or BA degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer service or the life sciences industry preferred.
  • Fluency in English, Spanish, and French (spoken and written).
  • Experience working with multiple vendors to meet deadlines.
  • Experience in travel and/or hospitality industries is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word.
  • Ability to conduct online research on hotels, venues, and destinations.
  • Basic understanding of handling financial information and currency conversion.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
  • Quick learner with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable, hardworking, diplomatic, and discreet.

Please note this is a temporary contract to cover maternity leave, with the possibility of permanent placement.

Schedule details:

Fully remote, 9-hour shifts (including 1-hour lunch)

Some holiday work required, compensated accordingly.
