Una organització dedicada a l'acció social busca un Treballador/a Familiar per a Tossa de Mar. El candidat s'encarregarà de garantir la higiene i el benestar de les persones assistides, així com de facilitar la seva integració social. Es requereix experiència prèvia en cures i un certificat de professionalitat. El contracte és temporal amb un horari de 20 hores setmanals.

Responsabilidades

• Assegurar la higiene de les persones assistides i el seu benestar.
• Monitorar hàbits alimentaris i ajudar amb la ingesta d'aliments.
• Contribuir a la integració social de la persona assistida.

Functions

• Ensure the hygiene of the assisted persons, as well as their clothing and physical appearance.
• Monitor the dietary habits of the assisted person, planning menus according to health and nutrition requirements indicated by specialists. Assist with food intake when necessary.
• Improve the bio-psycho-social well-being of the cared-for person and their family and environment.
• Contribute to the social integration of the assisted person. Facilitate integration into the social environment to continue developing their physical and mental capacities. Attend to hygiene needs of the person and their environment.

Skills

Teamwork, empathy, integrity, flexibility, and a positive attitude.

Requirements

• Essential: Car and driving license.
• Training: Certificate of Professionalism, Nursing Auxiliary Technician, or Dependency Care Technician.
• Experience: Proven experience in caring for people with dependency situations.
• Profile: Professionals with a close communication style, empathy, assertiveness, and ease of teamwork. Focused on improving quality of life and well-being.

Details

• Part-time hours: 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday mornings.
• Contract: Temporary from August 4 to November 19.
• Salary: €813 x 12 payments + variables.
