Job summary

Forvis Mazars is establishing a Center of Excellence in Barcelona to support treasury advisory, transformation projects, and operational activities across Europe. We seek a Manager to lead this platform, oversee treasury assignments, and develop client relationships while coordinating with local teams.

The role involves driving treasury transformation, TMS projects, and service offerings, with a focus on international collaboration and capability building.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in Corporate Treasury Advisory or Treasury functions
• Experience leading engagements and developing client relationships
• Experience with treasury transformation topics and multi-country coordination
• Native or fluent in English
• Ability to drive initiatives in an international environment

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the delivery of treasury-related assignments, ensuring client expectations are exceeded and quality standards are met
• Drive business development initiatives across treasury services in Europe, coordinating with local teams
• Coordinate project delivery and run activities across geographies between the Barcelona Center of Excellence and local country teams
• Lead client engagements from structuring to execution, combining advisory and operational delivery
• Contribute to the structuring and development of the Center of Excellence (methods, tools, offerings)
• Manage, coach and develop junior team members across treasury topics
• Collaborate with Corporate Treasury professionals across Europe to support platform-driven engagements
