Michael Page is seeking a Finance Manager for a key leadership role in our client company in Barcelona. You will lead the local finance function, partnering with senior management and international stakeholders to ensure compliance, accurate reporting and operational excellence.

The role covers monthly close, management accounts, budgeting, treasury, intercompany, tax support, payroll oversight and strategic projects, with a high-visibility, hybrid working model in a dynamic, regulated

Responsabilidades

• Lead the monthly closing process and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare monthly management accounts including P&L, Balance Sheet and supporting analysis.
• Develop annual budgets, forecasts and long-term business plans.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and manage treasury activities.
• Coordinate banking relationships, guarantees and financial facilities.
• Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
• Support tax compliance and liaise with external advisors.
• Drive financial performance analysis and provide recommendations to management.
• Prepare presentations and reports for local and group leadership.
• Supervise payroll administration and selected HR-related processes.
• Support legal, compliance and insurance matters.
• Coordinate local IT-related activities with Group IT teams.
• Act as a strategic business partner to senior management and contribute to key projects and business initiatives.
