Job summary

COLIBRIX ONE in Barcelona seeks a Treasury Specialist to support daily financial operations, manage liquidity, and ensure timely payment processing. You will monitor balances, resolve payment issues, and maintain accurate records.

Ideal candidates have experience as a Back Office/Payment/Operations specialist, a Business/Finance degree, fintech exposure, and strong knowledge of compliance and payment systems. English and Russian required.

About the Role

We're looking for a Treasury Specialist to support our daily financial operations, manage liquidity, and ensure smooth and timely payment processing. You'll monitor account balances, resolve payment issues, and maintain accurate financial records, helping keep operations efficient and compliant.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage liquidity
• Oversee payment transactions, verify payments and resolve issues
• Keep track of daily operational transactions and maintain accurate records
• Closely and continuously monitor account balances
• Process financial data
• Ensure cost-effective and legally compliant operations
• Organize and maintain up-to-date project documentation workflow
• Collaborate with the Financial team to support financial reporting and forecast
• Monitor subscription billing cycles, and ensure uninterrupted system operations

What you need to succeed in this role

• Experience as a Back Office Specialist, Payment Specialist, Operational Specialist or a similar role
• Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• Background in banks, fintech, or financial institutions
• Strong knowledge of operations and compliance
• Deep understanding of payment processes and payment systems
• Fluency in English and Russian
