Embat is building a Treasury-focused product leadership role. You will own end-to-end development of advanced financial modules, driving AI-enabled workflows and seamless integration with multi-currency cash forecasting, intercompany dynamics, and debt management.

You will collaborate with finance experts, engineers, and customers to turn complex treasury needs into scalable product features. The role combines strategic roadmap ownership with hands-on design of Cash, Investment, Debt, and FX

What we are looking for ?

We are looking for a Product Manager to help build and grow our Treasury vertical, the core engine where financial visibility turns into strategic decisions. In this role, you will be the end-to-end owner of advanced modules that the finance teams of our most sophisticated clients rely on daily.

This isn't just about "writing requirements". You will navigate a complex functional landscape where automated cash flows coexist with intricate debt schedules, multi-currency FX exposures, and cross-border intercompany dynamics. You are the architect of next-generation corporate financial workflows—handling deep domain logic, ensuring absolute data integrity, and building AI-native systems that transform manual treasury operations into seamless, automated product modules.

What you’ll do?

• Strategic Roadmap Ownership: Define and execute the product strategy for the Treasury vertical, translating complex flows of funds into clear engineering plans.
• AI-First Workflows & Innovation: Own the evolution of TellMe (our platform-native AI agent) and scale modern AI tools to solve real-world cash forecasting and workflow automation problems.
• Core Module Evolution: Research, design, and deliver advanced capabilities for Cash Flow & Forecasting, modeling how customers build, refresh, and trust their real-time cash position and projections.
• Greenfield Productization: Lead the strategic reintroduction of the Intercompany module and build Investment Management, Debt Management (including loan schedules and amortization plans), and Risk/FX modules completely from scratch.
• Operational Excellence & Activation: Work closely with Customer Success to design implementation playbooks, training programs, and activation thresholds to ensure modules get fully adopted, not just built.
• Reliability, Support & Feedback: Monitor the long-term health and maintenance of your modules as a core responsibility, keeping response times low while supporting Sales and Implementation teams to gather continuous client feedback.

Objectives

• Context & Rotation (First 1-2 Quarters): Rotate across various Treasury modules alongside the vertical leader to build deep context on technical complexities and cross-module dependencies.
• Independent Stream Ownership: Transition into taking full independent, end-to-end operational ownership of a dedicated tech stream (such as Cash, Investment, or Debt Management).
• Scale and Bottleneck Elimination: Accelerate the definition, design, and execution phases to scale product capacity as Embat rapidly expands its advanced corporate client base.

Who are we looking for?

• Treasury Domain Expertise: You have mandatory functional knowledge of corporate treasury. Whether you come from a corporate treasury team, a TMS/banking vendor, or treasury consulting, you know what a treasurer worries about on a Monday morning.
• Product Instincts & Startup Mindset: You move fast and make structured decisions under ambiguity rather than just writing requirements. We value experience as a Product Owner or functional treasury experts with a strong desire to transition into tech-driven product roles.
• AI Fluency: Eager to push what AI-enabled product execution looks like, applying modern LLM and AI workflows to standard treasury tasks.
• Technical Fluency: You are comfortable going deep with developers and your dedicated Engineering Manager. You can read API docs, design data models, and dig into financial data yourself.
• Customer Obsession: You want to spend significant time with corporate clients, mapping their processes to build clean, rock-solid technical specs.
• Languages: Fluency in English (C1 minimum) is mandatory for international collaboration. Spanish is a great complement but completely optional.
