We are seeking a detail-oriented

Treasury Associate

with operational experience to support our Treasury functions, including cash flow management, payments (fiat and crypto), bank account management, and financial reporting. The role requires a solid understanding of both traditional and digital finance operations to ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in all treasury activities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Monitor bank account balances daily (opening and closing).
• Reconcile bank accounts and upload statements to the ERP system.
• Support and ensure timely, accurate processing of salaries and vendor payments.
• Prepare and deliver daily crypto and fiat balance reports, including opening and closing balances.
• Compile daily, weekly, and monthly reports on treasury activities and balances, analyze variances, and investigate discrepancies.
• Forecast accounts receivable and payable based on recurring payments.
• Support cash flow planning and liquidity management with regular reports.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks in payment processes.
• Document treasury processes and procedures for audit and compliance.
• Organize supporting documents, invoices, and receipts.
• Handle subscription requests.
• Assist with crypto wallet creation and crypto payments processing.
• Enhance control environment in treasury operations.
• Provide data support for cash flow and financial reporting.

Skills & Qualifications :

• Strong understanding of crypto payments and traditional financial systems, with experience in a robust treasury environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Operational experience with Jira.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Google Docs and Excel.
• At least 3 years of experience in payments processing, reconciliation, or related financial roles.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills for employee and vendor interactions.
