For this exciting new project launching in 2025, the Bar Manager plays a pivotal role in leading and curating the entire beverage experience across all outlets. You are not only a mixology expert but also a passionate leader, dedicated to innovation, consistency, and delivering world-class service. From concept to execution, your influence will be seen in every crafted cocktail, guest interaction, and team performance.

You’ll oversee the daily bar operations, lead a talented team of bartenders and barbacks, and design a beverage program that reflects the brand : elevated, stylish, and unforgettable. A hands-on operator and creative visionary, you balance flair with financial acumen, ensuring both guest satisfaction and profitability.

As a Bar Manager, you’re also a true brand ambassador—engaging with guests, representing the brand’s spirit, and bringing the essence of Nikki Beach Hospitality Group to life.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations of all bar areas including lounges, beach bars, cocktail stations, and VIP service points

Design and manage an innovative beverage program featuring signature cocktails, mocktails, wines, and premium spirits

Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team of bartenders and barbacks, fostering product knowledge, consistency, and guest engagement

Ensure bar service adheres to the brand’s elevated standards for quality, presentation, and hygiene

Collaborate with General Management and Marketing to launch new drink menus, seasonal offerings, and branded activations

Guarantee all beverages are prepared according to recipe specs and delivered promptly with flair and professionalism

Manage stock control including inventory levels, ordering, and waste reduction strategies

Work with suppliers and purchasing to source high-quality, cost-efficient products while honoring vendor agreements

Analyze and monitor beverage costs, implementing cost control strategies to enhance profitability

Ensure full compliance with local health, safety, and licensing regulations

Maintain clean, functional, and visually appealing bar setups and equipment at all times

Lead daily briefings, sharing service updates, VIP alerts, and shift priorities with the team

Resolve guest concerns diplomatically, applying effective service recovery techniques

Partner with the Events team to create tailored beverage offerings and efficient setups for private functions

Stay informed on emerging trends, techniques, and ingredients to ensure continued innovation

Uphold the brand’s tone of voice, aesthetic, and experiential standards in every interaction

Support the recruitment and career growth of bar team members, promoting internal development and retention

Safeguard brand partnerships through strong execution, product visibility, and premium service delivery

Represent the brand and Nikki Beach Hospitality Group as a confident, charismatic brand ambassador

Required Qualifications and Competencies

Proven experience as a Bar Manager or senior bartender in a high-volume, luxury hospitality environment

Strong leadership and team management skills, with a passion for mentoring and developing talent

In-depth knowledge of cocktail culture, spirits, and modern mixology techniques

Financial acumen with experience in inventory control, ordering, and cost management

Familiarity with POS systems and bar operations software

Excellent communication and guest service skills with a solution-oriented mindset

Attention to detail and high standards for presentation and cleanliness

Fluent in English (mandatory); other languages such as Spanish or German are a plus

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and during special events
