The Role:

We are searching for a Treasury Analyst with experience in corporate treasury/finance or a related finance field. This role is critical to building a best-in-class Treasury department.

The position will report into Ivan Troufanov, our Vice President Finance.

The work you’ll do:

1. Support in establishing Treasury policies and procedures for the company.
2. Monitor daily cash balance and complete daily cash model.
3. Assist and manage opening bank accounts and change of authorized signers to streamline global banking structure to help the company in expansion to new countries and markets, maintaining a list of direct debits.
4. Administration and management of global cash and currency management.
5. Support in administration and management of investment management.
6. Support in cash flow and currency forecasting, modeling, budgeting, and analysis as required.
7. Establishing close working partnerships with internal customers.
8. Work closely with collections and accounts payables teams to optimize cash flows and working capital.
9. Monitor and administer the company’s outstanding local debt.
10. Help with executing various strategic Treasury transactions.
11. “Roll up sleeves” to perform Treasury work and special projects as required.

The qualifications you need:

1. Related corporate finance or similar experience and familiarity with cash instruments.
2. Experience with bank administration and bank account maintenance.
3. Experience with the financial basics and basics of cash flow forecasting, modeling, and budgeting.
4. Experience in internal and external customer and partner management.
5. Familiarity with financial markets.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
7. Enthusiasm and passion for excellence.
8. Self-starter.
9. Requires a Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or finance; or equivalent years of experience.
10. Requires a minimum of 2-5 years in corporate treasury or similar finance function, preferably in a rapidly growing, multi-national private or public corporation, banking, or public accounting firm.
