Tareas

What you will be doing?

  • Manage the full sales cycle . Contact leads who have expressed interest in the Passporter experiences, identify their needs, offer the best trip experience, and manage the travel booking process.
  • Apply best experience to identify B2C consumers budget, timeline, and decision-making processes with a high-end delivery.
  • Deal with occurring requests, complaints and reviews.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of Passporter trip products . We offer trips to travelers who want to live unique experiences, supported by Passporter's technology, community and brand.
  • Maintain operation experience by following policies and procedures
  • Maintain a good relationship and constant communication with our travel providers and internal operations team.

The perfect candidate

  • Previous sales experience . You have the skills to successfully manage a sales cycle from the lead qualification to closing.
  • Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively. You are a charismatic and energetic person who loves to travel and explain to others what to see and what to do in a destination
  • A go-getter mindset : you are coachable, highly motivated and driven to succeed.
  • High flexibility and adaptation.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English .

What we offer?

  • Fixed salary based on your working experience. 20k - 24k + commisions .
  • Full time indefinite-term employment contract.
  • Flexible remote work - Hybrid work if you're based in Valencia . We usually go to the office 2-3 days per week. We offer flexible working schedule as well
