Jobgether is seeking a Travel Operations Expert based in Spain to evaluate AI-powered travel technologies. You will analyze booking, reservation, ticketing, and hospitality workflows using real-world scenarios to identify inaccuracies, inefficiencies, or unrealistic system behavior.

You will collaborate with project teams, provide structured feedback, and help improve usability and reliability of AI-supported travel solutions while working remotely on a flexible, project-based basis.

Formación

• Substantial professional experience in travel operations, hospitality management, corporate travel, booking platforms, reservation systems, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience using reservation, ticketing, travel management, or hospitality platforms in a professional environment.
• Strong ability to assess platform functionality and explain the practical business and operational implications of different workflows.
• Excellent attention to detail and sound operational judgment, particularly when identifying errors, inconsistencies, or unrealistic scenarios.
• Strong written communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, concise, and well-structured feedback and reports.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and test realistic travel operations workflows across booking, reservation, ticketing, hospitality, and travel management platforms.
• Evaluate AI-supported travel tools and integrated applications by running practical, real-world scenarios.
• Identify, document, and clearly explain incorrect, inefficient, or unrealistic system outcomes.
• Provide structured and actionable feedback on usability, platform behavior, workflows, and travel-industry requirements.
• Assess solutions against established operational best practices across travel, hospitality, and corporate travel environments.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements that could enhance platform functionality and operational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with project coordinators by providing concise written feedback, structured assessments, and detailed observations.
• Apply professional travel operations judgment to determine whether system outputs and workflows reflect realistic industry practices.
