Flight Centre Travel Group's FCM unit in Barcelona is seeking a Software Engineer to build AI-native travel tools for clients worldwide. You will join agile squads, own features end-to-end, and work with LLM-powered search, recommendations and automated booking flows.

You’ll design backend services with Ruby on Rails, deploy via CI/CD, and collaborate with an international team across continents. English fluency and strong coding practices are essential to thrive in this globally distributed

Formación

• 3-5 years of professional software development experience (backend focus).
• Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails backend development.
• Experience with containers and API design.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices: CI/CD, containers, IaC, automated testing.
• Comfortable working in English within an international team.
• Experience integrating LLM APIs into production applications.
• Ability to design effective prompts and evaluate AI-generated outputs.
• Team player with strong communication skills and reliability.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain backend services and microservices.
• Develop and integrate LLM-powered features (search, recommendations, document processing).
• Write clean, testable code and participate in code reviews.
• Own features from design through deployment and monitoring.
