Job Description :

We are looking for agents with experience in customer care call centers (inbound calls, emails, and chats) who have the ability to resolve customer concerns and create a seamless customer experience.

Your role in BizAway :

1. Respond to our clients’ requests via phone, chat, email, and travel requests through our platform.
2. Enter customer information into our system to issue reservations or update bookings.
3. Make reservations for clients using the platform.
4. Explain rules and procedures for using our service on the platform.
5. Explain service rules for hotels, cars, trains, etc.
6. Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken Spanish (B2 level or higher).
7. Availability to work in shifts (07:00 to 00:00).
8. High school diploma or equivalent required.
9. At least 3 years of previous experience assisting customers in any capacity.
10. Ability to speak English and Italian is a plus.
11. Must pass pre-employment skills testing and background check.
