TD SYNNEX is seeking a Travel Agent to make professional, cost-effective travel arrangements for excellent customer service across Europe. The role demands coordination of travel logistics, understanding of business travel processes, and a focus on customer satisfaction while working under deadlines.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of business travel processes.
• Communication skills in English; Spanish required, German is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and book European meetings and events.
• Arrange travel (flights, hotels, transport) using preferred vendors.
• Ensure accuracy in ticketing, invoicing, and reporting.

The travel agent will make professional, accurate, cost effective travel arrangements for TD SYNNEX, within company guidelines and standards, delivering excellent customer service to all European countries.

Key Responsibilities :

Coordinate and book European meetings and events in line with company guidelines.

Arrange travel (flights, hotels, cars, ground transport) using preferred vendors to optimize costs.

Ensure accuracy in ticketing, invoicing, and reporting , following internal procedures.

Resolve travel-related issues in collaboration with the Travel Management Company.

Stay updated on travel industry regulations and maintain high service standards.

Requirements :

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role ; proficient in GDS (e.g., Amadeus).

Skilled in Microsoft Office and online booking tools.

Strong understanding of business travel processes .

Customer-focused , detail-oriented, and solution-driven.

Able to multitask and perform well under pressure.

Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish required , German is a plus.
