Click&Boat in Barcelona is seeking a Travel Advisor Intern to support the Italian Market within the Sales Team. You will manage Italian-speaking clients interested in booking boat rentals and work closely with Supply and Customer Care to ensure a seamless experience.

The role offers a 6–9 month contract starting January 11th or May 2027, with a monthly gross salary of €1,823 and a hybrid work arrangement including one remote day per week.

To support this growth, we are hiring a Travel Advisor Intern to join our dynamic team in Barcelona and contribute to delivering tailor‑made boating experiences to our clients.

The role

We're looking for a Travel Advisor Intern to join our crew in Barcelona.

In this role, you will play a key part in the Italian Market of the Sales Team, a business unit of around 40 people, managing Italian‑speaking clients interested in booking boat rentals. You'll also work closely with the Supply and Customer Care crew members to deliver a seamless and high‑quality experience to our users.

What floats your boat

You will be responsible for the following tasks, which will vary according to the time of the year:

• Understanding our customers' needs and advising them on their boat search. Find the best deals for our customers by negotiating the best prices with Click&Boat boat owners. No cold calling, only warm leads already in your pipeline.

• Maximizing the conversion rate by applying Sales strategies, and accompanying customers throughout the sales process until its conclusion, providing them with all the information relating to their booking.

• Ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty so that they think of Click&Boat the next time they go sailing.

To maximize the reactivity and customer satisfaction, we are used to working on Saturdays during the summer season. You will be required to work at least one Saturday per month following a planning given in advance (you will get a recuperation day off then to ensure 2 days off per week).

What you bring aboard

• You are bilingual Italian and fluent in English.

• Ideally with successful previous working experience in customer‑facing roles.

• You are a team player who inspires trust, is ready to take the initiative, and is distinguished by a customer‑satisfaction‑driven attitude.

Bonus points (great to have, never a dealbreaker)

• The knowledge of another language is highly valued.

• If you have a boating background and interest, it's even more perfect!
