Click&Boat in Barcelona is seeking Junior Sales Executives to grow the Italian market, working with Italian-speaking clients and coordinating with Supply and Customer Care to deliver a seamless booking experience.

You will join a fast-growing international team, enjoy a remote-friendly schedule (1 day per week), training, lunch vouchers, and an office near the Cathedral. Start date Jan 11, 2027; contracts 6–8 months; salary 1,823 EUR gross per month.

To support this growth, we are hiring Junior Sales Executives to join our dynamic team in Barcelona and contribute to delivering tailor-made boating experiences to our clients.

The role

We’re looking for Junior Sales Executives to join our crew in Barcelona.

In this role, you will play a key part in the Italian Market of the Sales Team, a business unit of around 40 people, managing Italian-speaking clients interested in booking boat rentals. You’ll also work closely with the Supply and Customer Care crew members to deliver a seamless and high-quality experience to our users.

What floats your boat

You will be responsible for the following tasks, which will vary according to the time of the year:

• Understanding our customers' needs and advising them on their boat search. Find the best deals for our customers by negotiating the best prices with Click&Boat boat owners. No cold calling, only warm leads already in your pipeline.
• Maximizing the conversion rate by applying Sales strategies, and accompanying customers throughout the sales process until its conclusion, providing them with all the information relating to their booking.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty so that they think of Click&Boat the next time they go sailing.

To maximize the reactivity and customer satisfaction, we are used to working on Saturdays during the summer season. You will be required to work at least one Saturday per month following a planning given in advance (you will get a recuperation day off then to ensure 2 days off per week).

What you bring aboard

• You are bilingual Italian and fluent in English.
• Ideally with previous successful working experience in customer-facing roles.
• You are a team player who inspires trust, is ready to take the initiative, and is distinguished by a customer-satisfaction-driven attitude.

Bonus points (great to have, never a dealbreaker)

• The knowledge of another language is highly valued.
• If you have a boating background and interest, it’s even more perfect!
