Click&Boat is seeking a Junior Sales Executive in Barcelona to join a fast-growing, international team. You will manage clients looking to book boat rentals, coordinate with Supply and Customer Care to ensure a seamless experience, and negotiate deals with boat owners.

The role emphasizes warm leads, not cold calling, and values customer satisfaction. You should be fluent in English and ideally have prior success in customer-facing roles.

To support this growth, we are hiring a Junior Sales Executives to join our dynamic team in Barcelona and contribute to delivering tailor-made boating experiences to our clients.

The role

We’re looking for a Junior Sales Executive to join our crew in Barcelona.

In this role, you will play a key part in the Sales Team, a business unit of around 40 people, managing clients interested in booking boat rentals. You’ll also work closely with the Supply and Customer Care crew members to deliver a seamless and high-quality experience to our users.

What floats your boat

You will be responsible for the following tasks, which will vary according to the time of the year:

• Understanding our customers' needs and advising them on their boat search. Find the best deals for our customers by negotiating the best prices with Click&Boat boat owners. No cold calling, only warm leads already in your pipeline.

• Maximizing the conversion rate by applying Sales strategies, and accompanying customers throughout the sales process until its conclusion, providing them with all the information relating to their booking.

• Ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty so that they think of Click&Boat the next time they go sailing.

To maximize the reactivity and customer satisfaction, we are used to working on Saturdays during the summer season. You will be required to work at least one Saturday per month following a planning given in advance (you will get a recuperation day off then to ensure 2 days off per week).

What you bring aboard

• You are fluent in English.

• Ideally with successfull previous successful working experience in customer-facing roles.

• You are a team player who inspires trust, is ready to take the initiative, and is distinguished by a customer-satisfaction-driven attitude.

Bonus points (great to have, never a dealbreaker)

• The knowledge of another language is highly valued.

• If you have a boating background and interest, it’s even more perfect!

Salary: 1 823 euros gross per month
