We are looking for a Project Manager with high level of English and French to join our team in Madrid. You will manage the projects of a global client, handling multiple projects concurrently. Working on campaigns from start to finish, you will support across administrative tasks, client communication, quality assurance and ensuring creative excellence. You will be responsible for managing timelines, scope of work and project logistics.

We are looking for a person, around 3 years’ experience in advertising agencies / studios, with project management capabilities and good knowledge of the production processes. The selected candidate must be a highly organized person and be accustomed to working towards established goals.

FUNCTIONS

  • Partner with the Business Leadership to develop client relationships and assist with client management and communications, including meeting, scheduling and sharing follow ups.
  • Coordinate with the production and creative teams to ensure quality and scheduled delivery of materials.
  • Producing (and following) accurate timing plans, which should be agreed with all parties.
  • Managing briefs and communicating client requests and project changes quickly and clearly.
  • Coordinating different stakeholders from client and agency teams to ensure project success and to facilitate asset delivery.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3 years of experience in an advertising agency, managing campaigns (digital, broadcast, print).
  • Good knowledge of digital production areas.
  • Proactive with a ‘can do’ attitude and solution focused
  • Well organized and efficient, with a demonstrated attention to detail
  • Able to manage multiple projects / tasks at once
  • Significant experience of MS Office especially PPT
  • An enthusiastic team player
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • C1 Level English (comfortable to manage daily communication via email and phone)
  • C1 French language proficiency (comfortable to manage daily communication via email and phone)
