We are now seeking a Transport Planner / Logistics Specialist temporarily during the summer period to help us further build the future of food. You can be based in Berga, Spain, and report to the Transport Manager as part of a great team across Europe, including Finland, UK, Belgium, Sweden, Estonia, and Spain.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work within the logistics department, aligned with the transport management team.

What will you do:

  • Assist the logistics team during the summer period.
  • Receive raw material documents.
  • Coordinate visits and manage logistics documentation.
  • Manage Equipment Protection Individual (EPI) with external services.
  • Answer phone inquiries.
  • Coordinate international transport and shipping activities.

What we expect from you:

  • Ability to work well with others and in teams, while being self-driven.
  • Computer experience in MS Office, SharePoint, and Dynamics AX.
