flexword Germany GmbH - Spain (Remote) Your Tasks

• Processing customer translation enquiries, preparing quotes for translation and localisation projects and advising clients
• Managing translation and localisation projects with CAT tools (SDL Trados, Across and MemoQ etc.)
• Compiling and managing the team of translators, monitoring the progress of the project, ensuring quality standards and deadlines
• Post production quality assurance checks, translation memory and terminology maintenance
• Close collaboration with the Customer Relations Management to ensure customer specifications are met
• Account management and customer service

Your Qualifications

• Fluent German and excellent English language skills
• At least 2 years of experience as a translation project manager
• Experience in the translation industry (translation and localisation services, editing etc.)
• Degree in either translation studies, linguistics, business or IT / media design related field
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, other Microsoft based applications and CAT tools
