BFF Bank is seeking a Professional in Enterprise ESG Risk Management to join their dynamic Risk Management team in Madrid. The role focuses on developing ESG risk frameworks, managing regulatory compliance, and preparing analytical reports. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in risk management and proficiency in both Italian and English, enjoying a stimulating environment with opportunities for growth.

The successful candidate will join the Bank’s Risk Management area within the Enterprise Risk Management Team, a dynamic, internationally oriented team that collaborates across various departments such as Accounting, Planning & Finance.
MAIN ACTIVITIES :
The candidate will support the development of the ESG risk framework, focusing on identification, management, and monitoring of ESG risk factors and their integration into risk management processes, including the Risk Appetite Framework (RAF), ICAAP/ILAAP, and stress testing. They will assist in preparing dashboards and sustainability reports, analyze regulatory impacts of European and Italian sustainable finance regulations, and benchmark best practices. The role may also include managing risks for the Spanish legal entity as its Risk Management representative.
