Verra Mobility’s Europe office is looking for a Client Support Consultant to join the Field Services organization. We are seeking a highly motivated, analytical individual who can effectively manage the Transponder & Marketing Support Management and all other field-related services in Italy. The ideal candidate has a solid operations background combined with customer support experience. Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, analysis, communication skills, and the ability to motivate the team and drive change are required. The position is accountable for operational performance, service-level agreements (SLAs), and serving as the primary liaison for internal business groups.

This individual is responsible for the day-to-day operations, working closely with the Account Management team to resolve issues and communicate solutions.

Key responsibilities include :

  • Building and managing relationships with Italian customers to ensure service satisfaction
  • Managing transponders, working with warehouse / logistics to ensure supplies are adequate
  • Monitoring stock management of Tolling marketing materials and assisting in process development
  • Collaborating with client staff to triage incidents and resolve problems within SLA
  • Handling escalations and evaluating performance
  • Analyzing vehicle movement trends, customer feedback, and adjusting schedules accordingly
  • Ensuring inventory retrieval from the field
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders across regions
  • Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Highly motivated, analytical, operational leader with a positive attitude
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on solutions and exceeding service levels
  • Excellent remote teamwork skills and effective communication
  • Creative problem solver who can find answers independently
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to change
  • Fluent in Italian and English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook

Travel within Italy is required, up to 75%, including field visits to deliver supplies / transponders to rental agencies.
