Meraki Talent is seeking a Transfer Pricing Assistant Manager/Junior Manager to join our growing TP team in Spain, with opportunities in Madrid or Barcelona. You will advise clients on TP matters, lead documentation and planning engagements, and work on cross-border projects while developing junior colleagues.

The role offers exposure to a varied client portfolio, including multinational groups, and the chance to advance into a management position within a well-regarded professional services

Formación

• 4–5 years of transfer pricing experience
• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Strong knowledge of Spanish transfer pricing market
• Experience in Big 4 or Top 10/leading firms is advantageous
• Solid technical knowledge of transfer pricing principles and Spanish regulations
• Experience working with multinational client portfolios

Responsabilidades

• Advise Spanish and multinational clients on a wide range of transfer pricing matters.
• Lead and contribute to transfer pricing documentation, planning and advisory engagements.
• Work on complex projects with cross-border transactions and international groups.
• Develop strong relationships with clients and become a trusted transfer pricing adviser.
• Review and oversee the work of junior team members and develop the next generation of practitioners.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Tax and other service lines on multidisciplinary projects.
