Duracell is seeking a Transfer Pricing professional to join the Global Tax team in Barcelona. This individual contributor role requires hands-on TP expertise and cross-border intercompany pricing collaboration with functions worldwide.

The position focuses on TP documentation, audits, APA submissions, and staying ahead of evolving TP regulations to support Duracell's global compliance and value creation.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Transfer Pricing, ideally in a multinational setting.
• Bachelor in Economics, Finance, Accounting or Law.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented with high standards for accuracy.
• Excellent communication and Project Management skills.
• SAP working knowledge is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor TP processes across the organization and ensure adherence.
• Manage Global TP documentation repository with timely updates.
• Monitor TP policies and collaborate with stakeholders across jurisdictions.
• Provide TP guidance, map intercompany scenarios, and manage intercompany agreements.
• Support TP audits, APA submissions, ruling submissions, and liaise with authorities.
• Track legislative changes and implement new TP requirements.
