PwC España is looking for a Manager to join the SPA Financial Advisor Team in Madrid. This role involves providing key recommendations and insights during M&A transactions, assisting in price negotiations, and advising on completion accounts.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Business, Economics, or Engineering with over five years of relevant experience in financial due diligence, fluent in both English and Spanish.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in financial due diligence or audit, with demonstrable end-to-end deal experience.
• Experience across the M&A lifecycle (buy-side and sell-side).
• Working international experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide recommendations regarding preferred pricing mechanisms.
• Analyze key items in price negotiations.
• Offer advice on the preparation of completion accounts.
• Assist in the post-completion process.
