Mission :

We're seeking a Transfer Pricing Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance with the Group's Transfer Pricing policies and guidelines, supporting tax audits, and managing intercompany transactions. This position requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Your responsibilities :

• Monitor margin analysis for tax purposes by preparing quarterly segmented P&L of group entities and performing transfer pricing adjustments as needed.
• Monitor Legal Entities' financial results to comply with the Transfer Pricing Policy and Guidelines.
• Support the Tax Department in preparing transfer pricing documentation and data, assisting particularly during tax audits.
• Obtain and analyze intercompany transactions to ensure alignment with the Group’s Transfer Pricing Policy
• Ensure appropriate intercompany agreements are in place for all intercompany transactions.
• Collect, analyze, and prepare data for the Country-by-Country Report.
• Perform the cost allocation of corporate services.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a positive attitude and the following :

• Bachelor's degree in Business and Technology, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and data management.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, Power BI and Oracle EPM tools.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
