What you will do in this role
  • Monitoring and reporting on team quality performance metrics
  • Providing individual feedback and coaching to agents to enhance their effectiveness and motivation
  • Inspiring and encouraging team members to reach and exceed performance goals
  • Collecting, analyzing, and presenting key performance data to internal stakeholders and clients to drive service improvement
  • Preparing and delivering reports to management as required
  • Leading onboarding and training sessions for new team members
  • Coordinating and delivering both technical and soft-skills training programs
  • Developing and maintaining tools to manage training schedules, materials, and operational manuals
  • Identifying skill gaps in agents and communicating improvement areas to Supervisors and Project Managers
  • Designing comprehensive training materials, including manuals, handouts, and interactive exercises
  • Setting up and managing the training environment, including IT equipment and resources
Your qualifications

Concentrix is a great match if you:

  • Are a bilingual speaker or highly proficient in English and Spanish
  • Have a solid understanding of CRM systems, either as a front-end user or from a back-end data perspective
  • Can actively listen and accurately identify customer needs
  • Possess a general understanding of service call management systems
  • Are comfortable working with IT platforms, tools, and applications such as MS Windows, MS Office, and internet configuration
  • Demonstrate strong team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire colleagues
  • Communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, with confident presentation skills
  • Are highly organized and capable of managing tasks and time efficiently
  • Are proactive, communicative, and thrive in collaborative, team-oriented environments
