Grifols International S.A. is seeking a Trainee to join the Total Lab Automation department.

What your responsibilities will be

• Assist in evaluating and supporting total lab automation strategies across multiple markets and regions, ensuring alignment with global business objectives.
• A ssess emerging trends, technologies, and potential automation opportunities within laboratory operations, identifying areas for process optimization and efficiency improvements.
• Conduct financial assessments and profitability studies to determine the feasibility and return on investment of automation solutions. Provide analytical support to justify implementation decisions.
• SOW (Statement of Work) Implementation: Support the integration of automation solutions into laboratory environments, considering legal and regulatory frameworks. This involves navigating complex contractual obligations and compliance requirements.
• Assist in reviewing, analyzing, and updating distribution contracts to ensure they align with evolving automation strategies and market demands.
• Research and evaluate potential automation suppliers, comparing their offerings, financial viability, and alignment with Grifols' business objectives.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration across legal, economic, business strategy, and financial analysis teams to ensure automation initiatives are aligned with Grifols' corporate vision and profitability goals.

• You hold a Master's Degree in Business or Regulatory Affairs of Pharmaceutical Industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration & Law, Economics or related field, preferably
• Professional/advanced level of English.
• You consider yourself a proactive person, eager to learn, with strong communication skills.
• Advanced in office tools (Excel, Ptt).
