EDUCA EDTECH Group is seeking an Academic Advisor in Granada to provide training counselling via telephone and email. You will resolve queries with a friendly approach and guide students toward beneficial trainings, collaborating with a dynamic team in a tech-driven education environment.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, prior customer service experience in education or tech, and comfort using standard computer software.

Formación

• Excellent oral and written communication for counselling and support.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in education or technology.
• Comfort with using computer hardware and software for daily tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound and outbound calls focused on training counselling.
• Resolve queries promptly with a friendly, empathetic approach.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and hit targets.
• Follow up with potential students via telephone or email.
• Guide and orientate students to help them choose beneficial trainings.
