Due to an exciting time of company growth, we are currently in search of an Associate Consultant to join our team in Madrid.

The role will require you to individually network with mid to senior-level professionals with the aim of placing them with our Renewable Energy clients across Europe.

Responsibilities include:

1. Sourcing and actively headhunting mid to senior level candidates for clients across Europe ensuring technical, cultural, and experience fit for roles specialized within the industry.
2. Market research and candidate market mapping.
3. Discussing individual candidate needs & providing professional advice on opportunities.
4. Reviewing applications, managing interviews, and creating candidate shortlists for clients.
5. Briefing candidates on the role, salary, and benefits.
6. Organising and preparing candidates for interview as and when requested.
7. Providing feedback to candidates following interviews.
8. Discussing job offers with successful candidates.
9. Negotiating salaries and finalising arrangements for placements.
10. Attending conferences and industry events to keep abreast of the latest developments within both the recruitment marketplace and the renewable energy industry.
