Trainee O&M Management - PV Plant (all genders)

Responsibilities

  • Assist in supervising Operation & Maintenance (O&M) activities for PV power plants to ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct system monitoring and data analysis to identify issues, support troubleshooting, and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Prepare regular performance and maintenance reports, including yield assessments on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Support in processing warranty cases, ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation.
  • Analyze costs related to preventive and corrective maintenance to optimize budgeting and resource allocation.

Requirements

  • Completed studies in Engineering, Technology, or Business Studies.
  • Relevant work experience in performance data reporting, analysis, and operation of technical facilities is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Fluent in Spanish and good command of English; Portuguese skills are a plus.
