We are now looking for a Trainee Insurance Technician to join our team in Guadalmina, Marbella.

What you’ll do:

• Support our internal team and assist clients with their insurance needs
• Handle incoming calls and provide client service
• Manage administration duties and policy paperwork
• Advise clients on new insurance policies, including quotes
• Use IT platforms regularly to manage processes

What we expect:

• Fluent in English & Spanish (other languages a plus)
• A solid educational background
• Insurance experience helpful, but not essential
• Strong communication, empathy & listening skills
• Customer-focused and adaptable in a dynamic environment
• Confident IT skills and attention to detail
