Responsibilities

  • Provide support in the administrative management, monitoring, and control of advertising projects.
  • Collect reports from production departments.
  • Assist in creating work budgets and managing procurement.
  • Manage project-related documentation.
  • Support treasury cash flow management.
  • Prepare and analyze income closure reports.
  • Apply income recognition policies.
  • Collaborate in internal and external audit processes.
  • Ensure the proper functioning of invoicing processes.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Knowledge of accounting.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Ability to coordinate schedules and tasks effectively.
  • Strong multitasking and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams.
  • High level of English proficiency.
