WPP Production is seeking a part-time IP Rights Assistant to obtain clearance and rights information, track usage details, and support billing and rights reporting within a dynamic, international team. The role requires a law degree, strong English, and highly organized, detail-oriented analytical thinking, with exposure to audiovisual production and advertising campaigns.

On-site with potential telecommuting, 25 hours per week, and access to training.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Law is required.
• Master's Degree in Intellectual Property will be considered a plus.
• Advanced level of English (written and spoken).
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Interest in audiovisual production and advertising campaigns.
• Strong commercial skills (negotiation with rights holders, talent, and other suppliers).
• Previous experience will be considered an advantage.
• Highly organized.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Analytical thinking skills.
• Problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Obtain clearance and rights information from the Account Management and Production teams.
• Gather usage details provided by the Account Management and Production teams (visual talent, music, voice-over talent, etc.), ensuring that rights cover the intended usage period.
• Attend team status meetings to monitor rights expiration dates and project timelines.
• Manage billing and prepare usage rights reporting.
