The Walt Disney Company is seeking a Disney+ Trading and Planning Analyst in Madrid to support the D+ team lead by analyzing the commercial performance of Disney+ in Spain and Portugal. You will collaborate daily with the local Disney+ Team and the EMEA trading and analytics teams.

This role requires strong data skills, the ability to present insights to management, and a proactive, autonomous work style. The position is permanent and based four days a week in our Madrid office.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with SQL, databases and basic automation techniques.
• Ability to distill large datasets into actionable insights.
• Strong numeracy and analytical ability and rigor.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Business acumen and understanding of consumer behavior.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; can tailor messages.

Aufgaben

• Review and analyze weekly and quarterly numbers: sign ups, subscribers, churn, engagement, content performance and net growth.
• Provide a clear view of Disney+ performance in Spain & Portugal vs forecast with insights and presentations.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to understand business performance and opportunities.
• Present insights to management to guide decision making.
• Work daily with the EMEA trading team to share best practices.
• Serve as the contact for trading questions in Spain & Portugal for the EMEA team.
