Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield is seeking an Analyst Performance Management & Controlling for Spain, based in Madrid. You will partner with Shopping Center teams and accounting to support closing, forecasting and budgeting, delivering analyses that drive P&L and capital planning decisions.

The role requires a business- or finance-focused degree, 1–2 years in finance, and excellent English communication. Proficiency with Dynamics, SAP BPC, SAP BO, Excel, Power BI or Tableau is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor-level degree in finance, audit, management control or real estate, from a business school or equivalent university program.
• 1–2 years in finance (management control, audit, valuation, etc.).
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with center managers to advise and challenge on analyses and ideas.
• Collaborate with operations and accounting on closing, forecasting, budgeting and reporting (P&L, NRI, CAPEX).
• Lead cross-functional ad hoc analyses and present to top management.
• Identify improvements to processes/IT tools to simplify daily work.
