Join a leading hospitality company as a Trade Marketing Assistant in Madrid to support exciting marketing initiatives. This full-time role requires a proactive individual with strong communication and organizational skills, offering substantial opportunities for professional growth. What will you do?
What are we looking for?
First work experience in Marketing, ideally in a multinational company.
Excellent knowledge of English is a must (spoken and written).
Very good working knowledge of Powerpoint, Word, Excel and Outlook.
Knowledge of digital, graphic and online collaboration tools is a plus.
Able to manage multiple projects at a time and ability to adapt easily in fast-paced environment with critical deadlines.
Basic copy writing skills (preferably in English)
Prioritization, organization and time management skills
Excellent communication and relationship skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
Detailed oriented, delivering high quality work.

Conditions
Direct report to the Trade Marketing Director
The position is based in Madrid, Head Office, located in the center of the city : c / Santa Engracia 120 28003 (hybrid : remote & office working model).
Full-time position. Immediate incorporation. Duration : 1 full year.
