Formación

• Must have first work experience in Marketing ideally at a multinational.
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written) is required.
• Basic copy writing skills (preferably in English) needed.

Responsabilidades

• Support execution of Trade Marketing plans and develop promotional materials.
• Coordinate and manage projects for Trade Shows and handle B2B Digital Marketing.
• Source new Merchandising products and support day-to-day operations.

What will you do?

• Support in the execution of the companys Trade Marketing plans
• Develop and execute different materials in cooperation with the Brand Marketing department and agencies such as : brochures, flyers, banners, e-mailings and presentations.
• Drive innovation and advancement within the area by exploring and implementing cutting-edge tools and solutions.
• Support the team in the planning and execution of different international Trade Shows and Trade Events.
• Source and coordinate new Merchandising products in collaboration with agencies and international supplier.
• Support B2B Digital Marketing.
• Support the Trade Marketing team in the day-to-day business operations.

What are we looking for?

First work experience in Marketing, ideally in a multinational company.

Excellent knowledge of English is a must (spoken and written).

Very good working knowledge of Powerpoint, Word, Excel and Outlook.

Knowledge of digital, graphic and online collaboration tools is a plus.

Able to manage multiple projects at a time and ability to adapt easily in fast-paced environment with critical deadlines.

Basic copy writing skills (preferably in English)

Conditions

Direct report to the Trade Marketing Director

The position is based in Madrid, Head Office, located in the center of the city : c / Santa Engracia 120 28003 (hybrid : remote & office working model).

Full-time position. Immediate incorporation. Duration : 1 full year.
