Position: Trade Marketing Specialist

Department: MKT & Producto | Reports to: Trade Marketing Manager

Are you ready to dive into the world of Trade Marketing with one of the most iconic names in the industry? This September, Roca Sanitario is opening the door to a dynamic, full-time opportunity that blends creativity, coordination, and communication — all from our vibrant Diagonal office in Barcelona.

What You’ll Do:

As a Trade Marketing Specialist, you’ll be one of the cornerstones of the Trade Marketing Department, supporting initiatives that bring our brand to life across distributors, internal teams, and national events.

Your mission will include:

  • ️ Creating engaging online training content and managing platforms like Moodle and Totora
  • Developing compelling sales arguments for new product launches
  • Supporting our call center and training agents on product knowledge
  • Assisting Roca delegates and promoters with technical and commercial materials
  • Coordinating nationwide distribution of communication materials and managing stock via SAP
  • ️ Overseeing exhibitor logistics and display implementation across channels
  • Supporting national trade shows and distributor events

Who You’ll Work With:

You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Corporate MKT, Customer Service, IT, and Project Management teams — becoming a key connector in our marketing ecosystem.

️ Travel:

Minimal — up to 2 days/month, nationally.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A proactive, detail-oriented team player with a passion for marketing and communication
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects
  • Experience with CRM systems (like C4C), SAP, and e-learning platforms is a plus
  • Creativity and a hands-on attitude to bring ideas to life
