Deckers Brands in Madrid seeks a Trade Marketing Manager for UGG to lead omnichannel trade programs with wholesale partners and in-store experiences. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Commercial and Marketing to drive brand growth and ROI.

You will manage budgets, develop seasonal campaigns, toolkit creation, and partner with VM teams to deliver impactful retail activations across shop-in-shop and distribution channels, while building strong relationships with local accounts.

Formación

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Marketing degree or equivalent.
• Experience in trade marketing or brand marketing.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications and storytelling with data.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute trade marketing programs aligned to seasonal campaigns.
• Deliver campaigns that support wholesale partners and drive conversion.
• Support seasonal launches with toolkits, presentations, and materials.
• Implement campaigns for Shop-in-Shop, POS, and wholesale distribution.
• Build relationships with wholesale partner marketing and VM teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Commercial, and regional marketing stakeholders.
• Manage external agencies to ensure quality and value.
• Track and report budget and ROI after activities.
• Maintain marketing calendars and align with wider timelines.
• Leverage retailer and consumer insights to inform initiatives.
