Formación

  • 5-7 years of experience in Trade Marketing, preferably in tobacco, vape, or FMCG industries.

Trade Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Trade Marketing Specialist to develop and execute trade marketing strategies aimed at achieving marketing and sales objectives in offline channels. Responsibilities include implementing appropriate product mixes, managing in-store presence, activations, and promotions.

  1. Develop and execute trade marketing plans aligned with sales targets.
  2. Manage trade promotions based on the marketing calendar.
  3. Conduct weekly market visits to monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, current promotions, and stock levels at points of sale.
  4. Monitor stock movements, suggest promotions or trade deals for slow-moving or near-expiry products.
  5. Execute below-the-line (BTL) activities such as product launches, sampling, and consumer promotions.
  6. Participate actively in product launches, including presenting to the sales team on new SKUs.
  7. Coordinate with sales and product managers to meet sales targets on trade deals.
  8. Track and analyze sell-out data by SKU weekly across POS/stores; prepare sales trackers.
  9. Conduct market research through customer questionnaires and focus groups.
  10. Monitor competitor activities and evaluate product visibility and market coverage through weekly visits.
  11. Contribute to and execute marketing plans and projects.
  12. Collect and share best practices for profitable trade marketing activities.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in Trade Marketing, preferably in tobacco, vape, or FMCG industries.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust internally and externally.
  • Ability to work under pressure, especially in a startup environment.
