Formación

  • 5-7 years of experience in Trade Marketing, preferably in tobacco or FMCG.
  • Ability to manage in-store presence and execute BTL activities.

Job Description

The role involves developing and executing trade marketing plans to achieve marketing and sales objectives in offline channels. Responsibilities include implementing appropriate product mixes, managing in-store presence, activations, and promotions, overseeing trade promotions based on the marketing calendar, conducting weekly market visits to monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, promotions, and stock levels at POS. The candidate will monitor stock movements, suggest promotions for slow-moving or near-expiry products, execute BTL activities such as product launches, sampling, and consumer promotions, and actively participate in product launches by presenting to the sales team. Follow-up with sales or product managers is required to meet sales targets for trade deals. The role also entails tracking sell-out data by SKU, analyzing product performance weekly, preparing sales trackers, conducting market research, and evaluating market coverage and visibility of products. Contributions to marketing plans and projects, sharing best practices for profitable trade marketing, and ensuring effective dissemination of these practices are essential.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in Trade Marketing, preferably within the tobacco, Vape, or FMCG industry
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships internally and externally
  • Ability to work under pressure in a startup environment
