Join us in the heart of the Canary Islands as our Trade Marketing Executive, where you'll be at the forefront of driving brand visibility and consumer engagement across the region.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, getting into the field, and building meaningful relationships with local sales teams, retailers, and distributors. You’ll take ownership of the execution of trade campaigns, coordinate point-of-sale materials, and activate our brand in high-energy events and retail spaces. Principle Accountabilities

  • Support the planning and execution of trade marketing campaigns across retail and wholesale channels.
  • Manage point-of-sale materials, ensuring timely distribution, installation, and maintenance in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Maintain strong relationships with retail partners, distributors, and commercial stakeholders to ensure effective brand visibility.
  • Assist in the organisation and implementation of brand activations and promotional events across the islands.
  • Monitor market activity and provide insights and suggestions to improve trade marketing efforts.
  • Review market data, consumer trends, and sales figures to help refine campaign strategies.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Proven experience in Trade Marketing, field marketing, or brand activation, ideally within FMCG, retail, or hospitality sectors.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills, with hands-on experience managing logistics and deadlines.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential.
  • Comfortable communicating in English with regional and global teams; able to deliver presentations when required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative and empathetic approach.
  • Highly proactive, with a flexible, team-oriented attitude.
