The Position

Reporting to the Marketing Director, we are actively seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to drive and oversee our digital marketing strategy. This role is critical in ensuring that Aizon’s digital presence aligns with our brand goals, enhances customer engagement, and drives growth through optimized digital channels.

The successful candidate will manage digital advertising, SEO, and other digital efforts, as well as analytics and performance tracking across multiple platforms. They will work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure seamless alignment between digital initiatives and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Marketing Director to shape and execute the digital marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with broader marketing objectives and company goals.
  • Manage digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including SEM and SMM (LinkedIn, Meta).
  • Develop and refine Aizon’s email marketing strategy, ensuring high deliverability and engagement rates.
  • Develop and implement marketing automation workflows to enhance lead nurturing and conversion rates.
  • Optimize SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and thought leadership recognition.
  • Oversee website analytics, attribution modeling, and performance tracking to assess and enhance marketing effectiveness.
  • Manage G2, SourceForge, and other review platforms to optimize our online reputation and visibility.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to develop high-impact digital assets.
  • Ensure digital campaigns are fully aligned with lead generation, demand generation, and sales funnel goals.
  • Monitor and optimize website UX / UI to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Implement and track A / B testing for landing pages and ads to maximize effectiveness.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Highly analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with an ownership mindset, urgency, and a willingness to execute.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally within the B2B SaaS, deep tech, and / or pharma / biotech industries.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, tools, and techniques. Semrush is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other attribution tracking platforms.
  • Experience with A / B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and digital campaign analytics.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Nice-to-have

  • A creative eye for content creation and a knack for visual communication.
  • Expertise in HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Understanding of AI-driven marketing strategies and machine learning applications.
